About the Rigline Hi-Vis Thermal Impact Gloves
Rigline Hi-Vis is designed for cold, wet sites where workers need to be seen and need protection from knocks. The back is fluorescent yellow with moulded black TPR guards over the knuckles, fingers and the back of the hand, a reflective grey band around the main guard, and a black hook-and-loop cuff with a reflective logo.
The palm is black synthetic leather with reinforced patches across the palm, thumb crotch and fingertips, sewn with contrast stitching. Inside, approx. 100 g/m² synthetic insulation sits over a waterproof breathable insert, so hands stay warm and dry while handling wet steel, chains and tools. The cuff is elasticated before the strap.
Typical buyers are PPE distributors supplying offshore, drilling, rail and port crews, and contractors who issue winter kit each season. A distributor in Norway or Scotland, for example, could stock it as the cold-weather member of a hi-vis glove family, alongside hi-vis jackets in the same yellow.
This glove is not sold as certified PPE. It can be developed to EN 388 / ANSI impact testing on request, with test reports at the buyer's cost. Your logo can be printed or embossed on the cuff, the yellow can switch to fluo orange, and reflective trim can be added or moved.
Indicative FOB per pair: $11.50–$13.00 for 100–499 pairs, $9.00–$11.50 for 500–999, and $7.00–$9.00 for 1,000+, confirmed at quote. A free 3D mock-up comes first, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days that is credited against the first bulk order. Bulk takes 2–3 weeks after approval. Each pair is checked for guard bonding, seam strength and insert integrity under ISO 9001:2015.
We ship Rigline Hi-Vis to Norway, the UK, Canada and Saudi Arabia by DHL, UPS or FedEx air, or by sea freight for distributor stock. We take half the order value up front and the rest once gloves are packed. Send your requirements to sales@blackthorn-textile.com or WhatsApp +92 332 832 8802.

Frequently asked questions
Who makes insulated hi-vis impact gloves for PPE distributors?
Blackthorn World manufactures Rigline Hi-Vis and other thermal impact work gloves in our own factory for PPE distributors and contractors. The minimum is 100 pairs per style, with your logo printed or embossed on the cuff.
Are Rigline Hi-Vis gloves certified to EN 388 or ANSI impact standards?
They are not sold as certified. If you need data, Rigline Hi-Vis can be developed to EN 388 / ANSI impact testing on request, test reports at the buyer's cost. We discuss materials and testing during sampling so the final spec suits your market.
How warm are these thermal work gloves?
They use approx. 100 g/m² synthetic insulation with a waterproof breathable insert, which suits cold, wet outdoor work in the low single figures and below. Workers doing heavy physical tasks often find this weight warm enough without losing dexterity.
Can the hi-vis colour be changed to orange?
Yes. The fluorescent yellow shell can be produced in fluo orange, and the reflective trim can be repositioned or extended. We show the change on a free 3D mock-up before you approve a paid sample.
