Some equipment needs its own bag. The Royal Kitbox is a squared, structured carry bag shaped to take a helmet or a pair of boots without crushing them. A bold white sweep runs from the side handle across the front, set against a royal-blue body with white piping. A padded top handle and a side grab loop make it easy to carry or hang.
It suits sports where a helmet travels separately from the main kit bag: cricket, hurling, lacrosse, American football and baseball. Junior clubs also use it as a dedicated boot bag. At approx. 15–20 L, it fits under a team bus seat or inside a larger duffel.
The shell is 600D polyester with a PU coating, backed by a firm inner lining that holds the box shape. A wraparound coil zip opens the full top so a helmet can drop straight in. The white contrast panel is cut separately rather than printed, so it will not crack or fade with use.
Branding is usually an embroidered crest or a rubber patch on the front, with a player number heat-transferred on the side. Colour combinations are open: club colours, school house colours or a reverse white-and-royal version. Retail-ready packaging with swing tags is available from 500 pieces upward on bulk runs only.
Every order begins with a free 3D mock-up. Paid samples are ready in 15–20 working days, and the sample fee is deducted from the first bulk invoice. Bulk follows 2–3 weeks after approval, made in our own factory with in-house cutting, stitching and embroidery under ISO 9001:2015 quality control.

Yes, the bag is sized for a standard adult hurling, cricket or lacrosse helmet with the faceguard attached. If you need it for larger American football helmets, tell us the helmet model and we can adjust the pattern dimensions before sampling.
The MOQ is 50 pieces per style. Colours can be mixed inside that 50, for example 25 in royal and white and 25 in a reversed colourway, as long as the shape and branding positions stay the same.
Yes. Many clubs add the Royal Kitbox to a jersey and shorts order so every player receives matching items. We can pack each bag with the player's kit inside, labelled by name or number, to save sorting time on delivery.
After you approve the free 3D mock-up, a paid sample takes 15–20 working days. Once the sample is approved, bulk production takes 2–3 weeks, followed by courier transit, which is usually 4–7 days to the UK, Ireland or the USA.
