Thin teal lines trace a circuit-board pattern over deep-navy trim panels, running down the lapel and along the pant legs.
Teal Circuit is a deep-navy Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) gi with teal circuit-line panels, specified here for academies training in hot, humid climates such as Queensland or a Japanese summer. It combines a 450 GSM pre-shrunk pearl-weave jacket with lighter ripstop pants on request. MOQ 30; indicative $28–38 per BJJ gi FOB.
Shown in Deep navy with teal circuit-line panels
Thin teal lines trace a circuit-board pattern over deep-navy trim panels, running down the lapel and along the pant legs. The look is technical and modern without bright, busy colour. Navy hides sweat marks better than white, which matters in sticky gyms, and the teal adds just enough contrast to show up in class photos.
Summer mats in northern Australia, Southeast Asia or Japan can be warm and damp for months. Heavy gis soak up sweat and take a long time to dry between sessions. Pearl weave balances durability with breathability, and choosing ripstop pants instead of 10 oz twill cuts weight on the legs and dries faster on a line.
Pre-shrunk cotton is also helpful in humid regions, where gis are washed after almost every class. Japanese academies often ask for 柔術着 オーダー with Japanese club text on the back; we can embroider kanji or katakana from your artwork. Matching Teal Circuit long-sleeve rash guards and spats suit no-gi days.
Choose twill or ripstop pants, place a 30-piece trial with a 50% deposit and approve PPS photos or video. Bulk takes roughly 2–3 weeks. Pay the balance when goods are ready; we ship to Australia, Japan and beyond by courier or freight.
Teal Circuit gis are made in Sialkot, Pakistan, at a 200+ machine factory holding ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS, which keeps embroidery, sublimation and printing in-house.
Add club names in English or Japanese, crests and sponsor logos by embroidery or heat transfer. Teal can be recoloured. Own-brand neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500 pcs minimum and are only produced with bulk orders; trials use standard labels.
