Trailhead Moss is a muted take on the armoured motocross glove. Forest green moulded TPR guards with a honeycomb texture sit over the knuckles and finger joints, set against tan suede panels. The cuff and side mesh are forest green, the cuff tab carries a tan logo, and the perforated palm is tan synthetic suede with cream stitching.
These colours suit adventure bikes, dual-sport riders and outdoor retailers who sell to hunters or ranchers on quad bikes and side-by-sides. A Norwegian outdoor chain or a Canadian powersports dealer could stock it next to earth-tone riding jackets where bright race colours look out of place. Forest green also hides mud and dust better than white or fluo shades, which owners of working bikes appreciate.
The palm is 0.8–1.0 mm synthetic suede with padding through the heel and across the base of the fingers, plus silicone grip on the fingertips. The back is polyester and spandex mesh. A hook-and-loop cuff keeps the glove secure under a jacket sleeve, and the honeycomb guards let some air through.
Colours can be shifted to olive, coyote, grey or black, and a tone-on-tone logo can be moulded into the main knuckle guard. Our in-house team prepares a free 3D mock-up, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days. The sample charge is credited against your first bulk order.
Tentative FOB prices per pair are $10.50–$12.00 for 100–499 pairs, $8.50–$10.50 for 500–999, and $7.00–$8.50 for 1,000+, set at quote. Bulk production follows two to three weeks after the sample is approved. We take a 50% deposit with the balance due when the order is ready, and inspect every carton to ISO 9001:2015 procedures.

Blackthorn World manufactures Trailhead Moss in forest green and tan for outdoor and powersports retailers. It can also be produced in olive, coyote or grey, with your logo, from a minimum of 100 pairs per style.
Many retailers sell it for quad, side-by-side and farm bike use because the padded palm and knuckle guards handle rough tracks and branches. It is impact padding only and is not certified protective equipment.
Yes. We can mould a tone-on-tone or contrast logo into the main TPR knuckle guard. Moulded logos may need a new tool, so timing and any tooling cost are confirmed at quote before sampling starts.
Gloves are packed in pairs and labelled by size. Swing tags and printed labels with your brand have a 500-piece minimum and are made only with bulk orders, not with trial orders.
