Made in any colours — your design
Competitive pickleball now has pro teams, travelling squads and academy programmes, and they want polos with the presence of a pro jersey. This one delivers with a clean white body, angular black shoulder blocks and blaze orange flashes that run down the sides, finished with an orange-lined collar and a dark three-button placket. Swap orange for your team colour and it becomes yours.
It is made from a 150–160 GSM polyester micro-pique with a lightly textured face that hides sweat marks and dries quickly between games. Set-in sleeves with sublimated cuffs, a self-fabric collar and a slightly longer back hem keep it tidy when players lunge. Recycled polyester pique can be supplied for teams that prefer it.
Because every panel is sublimated, the team logo, player names and numbers, sponsor patches and league badges all print without extra weight. Coaches and officials can wear a reversed colourway of the same design, and embroidered crests are available on request. Custom labels, hangtags and individual polybags complete the OEM package.
Blackthorn World's Sialkot factory manages sublimation, cutting, stitching and inspection in-house, which is why teams trust us for consistent mid-season top-ups. We work to ISO 9001:2015 and SMETA/Sedex standards, provide a free 3D mock-up, and credit the paid development sample against your first bulk run.
