Blackthorn World designs your kit for free as a 3D mock-up, manufactures it in its own factory and ships it to your door in the USA or Canada by DHL, UPS or FedEx. Samples take 10–12 working days, bulk production 2–3 weeks after approval, and express delivery 3–7 days — about 4–5 weeks from first message to boxes at your door.
One supplier from sketch to doorstep
Most clubs and brands juggle a designer, a factory, a printer and a freight forwarder. Blackthorn World does all four. We've made custom sportswear since 1995 in a 22,000+ sq ft factory with 200+ machines, in-house sublimation, embroidery and screen printing, and a USA office in Ellicott City, Maryland. Step 1: Custom design (free)
- Send a logo, a sketch, a photo of a kit you like, or a full tech pack.
- We return a 3D mock-up and a costing within 48 hours. You can also build a look yourself in the kit mockup tool.
- Revisions are free until you're happy.
- For print, we work from vector artwork (AI, EPS, CDR or PDF); we can redraw a low-resolution logo.
Step 2: Custom manufacturing
- Sample or trial order — development samples are charged per style and credited against your first bulk order; 10–12 working days.
- Deposit — 50% to lock fabric and production slot.
- Pre-production sample (PPS) — approved by photo and video before bulk; a physical PPS can be couriered if needed.
- Bulk — 2–3 weeks. Digital patterns on Gerber AccuMark, in-house sublimation on 8 Mimaki and Roland printers, QC on every piece.
- Balance — 50% before dispatch, with photos of the packed order.

Step 3: Doorstep shipping to the USA and Canada

Transit times are typical, not guaranteed, and depend on customs clearance.
Duties and taxes: imported apparel pays customs duty in the USA and Canada. Your quote states whether shipping and duties are included; ice hockey team prices, for example, are quoted delivered. Ask for a landed-cost quote if you need one figure for your budget.
Paying for your order
Bank transfer, Alibaba Trade Assurance, Zelle, Western Union, MoneyGram and TapTap Send. If anything is wrong with an order, we issue a credit note against your next one.

How long does shipping from the factory to the USA take?
3–7 days by express courier after bulk is finished; the whole process is about 4–5 weeks.
Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, door to door anywhere in Canada. Canadian price lists can be issued in CAD.
Is the design really free?
Yes — mock-ups and revisions are free. Physical samples are charged and credited against bulk.
Who pays import duties?
Your quote says whether duties are included. If not, the courier collects them on delivery.
Can I see the factory?
Yes — virtual factory tour and factory video, or visit Sialkot in person.
Do you also deliver to the UK, Ireland, Europe, the Nordics, Australia and New Zealand?
