How to judge a cycling wear supplier
| Question to ask | What a good answer looks like |
|---|---|
| Is it a factory or a trader? | Own factory, own sublimation printers, sample before bulk |
| What is the minimum? | 30 pieces per design, sizes mixed; gloves 100 pairs per style |
| Can reorders match? | Digital patterns stored; colours matched to the approved sample |
| How long? | Sample 10–12 working days; bulk 2–3 weeks after approval |
| What about duty into the EU? | EU REX registered exporter; GSP+ may reduce duty — confirm with your customs agent |
Fabrics and fit
Race-fit jerseys use light ~120 GSM knits with laser-cut sleeves; club-fit jerseys are slightly roomier for mixed-ability groups. Bib shorts use compressive Lycra-type fabric, flat-lock seams, silicone leg grippers and a chamois chosen for the discipline — denser for long road rides, thinner for MTB. Thermal jerseys use brushed fabric for cold Polish mornings.
Prices and minimums
Sublimated jerseys start at about $11 FOB and jersey-and-bib sets at about $22, with premium race kits like our club race kit from about $38; the minimum is 30 pieces per design. Cycling gloves start at about $5 per pair from 100 pairs per style. Prices exclude freight, duty and VAT.
