About the Black Ember Wave Cycling Kit
A black jersey carries flowing orange-gold wave lines that sweep from one hip across the chest to the opposite shoulder, like embers in the wind. Black bibs end in amber leg bands that echo the jersey. The warm lines glow against the dark base, so riders stay visible in a bunch, and the black body keeps the kit looking clean after long charity rides.
Charity rides and club shops order in a predictable pattern: a sign-up window, a size list and one delivery before the event. This kit is set up for that.
Riders pre-order through your page; you send us the totals. One production run covers everything, and at 300+ kits pricing moves to the low end of the range, which leaves room for a donation per kit. The charity logo goes on the chest, the corporate sponsor on the back and sleeves. Each kit can be bagged with a size label for easy handout at registration. Club shops can keep a small stock and top up with 30-kit reorders.

How ordering works
Close sign-ups and send totals from 30 kits. Pay a 50% deposit and approve PPS photos or video. Bulk takes about 2–3 weeks; the balance is paid at completion and kits ship in time for the ride.
We produce at our own Sialkot, Pakistan site, 200+ stitching machines with in-house sublimation, printing and embroidery, certified to ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS.
Make it yours
Charity and sponsor logos, ride name, date and rider names can all be sublimated. Ember colours can shift to your cause colours. A 500 pcs MOQ applies to private neck labels, care labels and swing tags; those are made only with bulk orders and are not part of trial orders, which carry standard labels.
