Security and law-enforcement suppliers tend to ask for one thing first: black, with nothing reflective or bright. The Blackout Assault Backpack answers that with black fabric, black webbing, black buckles and a single white logo on the front patch panel, which can be made tonal if you prefer a low-profile look. Nothing on the outside catches light, so the pack sits quietly beside a dark uniform.
Its layout is denser than a day pack. A two-zip main compartment sits behind a front organiser pocket, rows of MOLLE webbing run across the front and onto a side-mounted zip pouch, and a top carry handle plus a second haul loop make it easy to lift from a vehicle. Approx. capacity is 35–45 L, enough for a full shift of equipment, a change of clothing and a hydration bladder in the internal sleeve.
We cut it from PU-coated 900D/1000D polyester or nylon, with options from 600D up to 1680D. Stress points are bar-tacked, the back panel and shoulder straps are padded, and sternum and compression straps use heavy-duty buckles. Indicative FOB pricing runs $23.00–$26.00 for 50–99 pcs, $18.00–$23.00 for 100–499 and $14.00–$18.00 for 500+.
Branding is flexible: rubber PVC or embroidered patch on the hook-and-loop panel, tonal embroidery, screen print or heat transfer. Security companies often order a company crest on the panel and a reflective-free body, while retailers add their own woven label on bulk runs of 500 pieces or more. Names or call signs can also be embroidered on small hook-and-loop tabs for individual officers.
Every order begins with a free 3D mock-up. A paid sample takes 15–20 working days and its cost is credited to the first bulk order; bulk is ready 2–3 weeks after sample approval. Our own factory handles cutting, stitching and embroidery under ISO 9001:2015 quality control.

Blackthorn World manufactures the Blackout Assault Backpack in our own factory for security firms, tactical retailers and private-label brands. We produce from 50 pieces per style, with your crest on the patch panel and an all-black or tonal finish.
Yes. Instead of the white logo shown, we can embroider or print your mark in dark grey or black, or supply a tonal rubber PVC patch. This keeps the pack discreet for close protection and plain-clothes security work.
A paid sample takes 15–20 working days after the 3D mock-up is approved, and the sample cost is credited against your first bulk order. Bulk production then takes 2–3 weeks after sample approval, with large orders confirmed at quote.
We work on 50% deposit with the order and 50% when goods are ready to ship. If you find a defect within 14 days of delivery, send photos or video; after inspection we remake the pieces or issue a credit note.
