About the Cocoa Rib-Knit Zip Polo
Cocoa is a rich chocolate brown, warm and easy to style with cream, denim or black. Fine vertical ribs run through the knit and give it stretch and a knitwear look. A metal or tonal quarter-zip runs from the collar to mid-chest, so the neck can be worn closed or open. The fit is boxy, and a small embroidered logo sits on the chest.
A zip polo is a piece that signals a brand has thought about product. For a start-up, it adds a step above basic tees and hoodies without the cost of full knitwear. At 30 pieces, you can launch it as a limited drop and see how it sells.
When the line works, we move you to bulk with your own neck label, care label and swing tag, plus a branded zip puller. Your tech pack, zip spec and colour reference stay on file. We can also cut a long-sleeve version for colder months, which turns one launch piece into a small capsule.

How ordering works
Launch with 30 pieces. A 50% deposit books production, and we send PPS photos or a video walk-through. Bulk finishes in about 2–3 weeks after approval; pay the last 50% when it is ready to ship.
Production stays in-house in Sialkot across 200+ stitching machines with our own embroidery, printing and sublimation, verified by SGS and ISO 9001:2015 and audited to SEDEX/SMETA and WRAP.
Make it yours
Branded zip pullers, tonal embroidery and contrast trims are all open. Packaging with your own polybags can be quoted. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500 pcs MOQ and are produced only with bulk orders, never in trial orders.
