Lifestyle and outdoor brands like the roll-top because it expands to fit a gym day and folds down on lighter days. Commuter Olive has an olive body with a rust-coloured base, rust strap that runs over the roll-top to a black side-release buckle, and rust ladder webbing on both sides. A flat zipped front pocket sits below the roll.
The body is 600D/900D polyester with a PU coating, giving good resistance to rain on a bike commute. The roll-top closure adds weather protection over the main opening, and the rust base panel is a heavier coated fabric for abrasion. Padded shoulder straps and a padded back panel keep it comfortable. Capacity is approx. 25–32 L depending on how far it is rolled.
A cycling or outdoor brand in Norway or the Netherlands might take 100 pieces as a first private-label run, with a woven label on the front pocket and branded buckles. Gyms in city centres also use it for members who train before work. The brand gets a product that sits naturally between technical outdoor gear and everyday gym kit.
Colour combinations are open: black and grey, navy and tan, or full olive. Logos can be embroidered, screen printed, applied as a rubber patch or added as a reflective heat transfer for night riding. Woven labels and swing tags are made on bulk orders from 500 pieces.
Every bag is made in our own factory with in-house cutting and stitching, checked under ISO 9001:2015. The free 3D mock-up comes first, the paid sample takes 15–20 working days and is credited against bulk, and bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after the sample is approved. Buckles and webbing are checked for fit and pull strength during final inspection.

It is water-resistant rather than fully waterproof. The PU-coated polyester and roll-top closure keep out rain on a typical commute. For fully waterproof use we can quote a welded-seam TPU-coated version, which is a different construction and priced separately.
Blackthorn World makes private-label roll-top backpacks factory-direct for outdoor, cycling and fitness brands. Bags start at 50 pieces per style, and your woven labels and swing tags can be added on bulk orders from 500 pieces.
On request we add a padded laptop sleeve against the back panel, sized for most 15-inch laptops. It is confirmed on the 3D mock-up and checked on the paid sample before bulk production.
Allow 15–20 working days for the paid sample after mock-up approval, then 2–3 weeks for bulk production. Larger or more technical orders have their lead time confirmed at quote stage.
