Young players and goalies' siblings often struggle with full-size hockey bags. Road Series Orange is an upright wheeled backpack: it rolls on large wheels with a telescopic handle, or carries on padded backpack straps up stairs and onto buses. The body is black, with bright orange piping, orange side panels and an orange-lined back panel.
The bag uses 1680D ballistic polyester with a high-density PE base board and protective rear skid rails. A main vertical compartment takes pads and pants, a front zip section holds a helmet, and side pockets carry a bottle and tape. A side compartment can hold skates. Capacity is approx. 70–80 L. Rear skid rails protect the fabric when the bag is pulled up kerbs.
Youth hockey clubs in Canada and the USA order this style for under-10 to under-14 squads. Parents like the upright shape because it fits in a car boot beside a stroller, and players can wheel it themselves. Adult players who cycle or take public transport to the rink also buy it.
Orange can switch to any team colour. Logos are embroidered on the upper front panel, applied as rubber patches, or screen printed; names and numbers are heat-transferred on the side. Retail woven labels and swing tags are available on bulk runs of 500 pieces or more. Goalie versions with a taller body can be quoted separately.
All bags are made in our own factory, with handle, wheels, straps and seams checked under ISO 9001:2015 procedures. A free 3D mock-up is followed by a paid sample in 15–20 working days, credited against bulk. Bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after sample approval, with larger orders confirmed at quote.

Yes. At approx. 70–80 L it holds a full youth or junior kit: helmet, shoulder pads, pants, shin guards, elbow pads, gloves and skates. For senior players we can produce a larger version on the same design.
Blackthorn World makes custom wheeled hockey backpacks factory-direct for youth clubs, associations and pro shops. Road Series Orange starts at 50 pieces per style, branded with your crest, names and numbers.
On request we add a zipped back panel cover that hides the shoulder straps when the bag is rolled, keeping them clean and preventing them from catching. This is confirmed on the 3D mock-up and sample.
Orders are confirmed with a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due when goods are ready to ship. The paid sample cost is credited against your first bulk order. This means the sample is never paid for twice.
