Muddy boots and clean kit should never share a pocket. The Bootroom Navy backpack solves that with a full-width zipped base compartment that keeps footwear away from the main section above. The body is deep navy with sky-blue side panels and matching sky-blue shoulder straps, a zipped front organiser pocket, a top grab handle and mesh bottle pockets on both sides.
The shell is 600D polyester with a PU coating that sheds rain and wipes clean after a wet training night. Contrast panels are cut from the same weight, straps are padded, and the main and boot sections close with heavy-duty coil zips. Capacity sits at approx. 30–35 L, enough for a full kit, a towel and a pair of moulded boots.
Every colour on this bag can change to match your club. We embroider crests, apply rubber or PVC patches, screen print sponsor logos or heat-transfer player initials onto the front panel. Branded zip pullers and woven labels are available, and custom swing tags or care labels can be added on bulk runs of 500 pieces or more.
An academy kitting out an under-12s squad is a typical buyer: one style, 50 bags, each player's initials on the front pocket, delivered before the season opens. Blackthorn World cuts, stitches and decorates in our own factory under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. A free 3D mock-up comes first, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days, with the sample cost credited against your first bulk order. Bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after sample approval, on 50% deposit and 50% before shipping.
We ship to clubs and distributors in the UK, Ireland, Australia and Canada by DHL, UPS or FedEx, with sea freight for larger distributor orders. Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style. You can split those 50 across colourways within the same design, so a club could order navy for seniors and another colour for juniors, as long as the pattern and branding layout stay the same.
The zipped base section is sized for one pair of adult football or rugby boots up to roughly UK 12. The main compartment above holds a full kit and towel, giving approx. 30–35 L in total. We can deepen the base for goalkeeper gloves or shin pads.
Yes. We heat-transfer or embroider names, initials or squad numbers on the front pocket or top flap. Send a spreadsheet with each name against a bag, and we pack them individually labelled so your team manager can hand them out without sorting.
Yes, we ship factory-direct to clubs and teamwear suppliers in the UK and Ireland by DHL, UPS or FedEx air courier. Larger distributor orders can travel by sea freight. Duties and import VAT are paid by the buyer on arrival.
