Teamwear brands looking for a backpack that can carry their own label often want something with a sharper shape. Dugout Ember answers that with angled orange panels cutting across a charcoal body, an orange-trimmed boot compartment at the base, and an orange mesh lining on the back panel and straps that shows when the bag is worn.
The zipped base compartment takes a pair of boots or trainers. Above it, the main section holds kit, and a vertical front zip pocket gives quick access to a phone or wallet. Side buckle straps compress the load, and a side mesh pocket carries a bottle. Capacity is approx. 32–36 L.
For private-label buyers we change the colours, add your woven label to the front, brand the zip pullers and fit your swing tags. Labels and tags carry a 500-piece MOQ and are produced with bulk orders only. Clubs that do not need retail labelling can simply choose embroidery, rubber patches or printed crests and sponsor logos, with player initials heat-transferred onto the front pocket.
Fabric is 600D polyester with a PU coating, with padded and ventilated shoulder straps and a padded back panel. All zips are heavy-duty coil zips, and the boot compartment is lined with a wipe-clean coated fabric to contain mud. The base panel is double-layered, so the bag keeps its shape when packed and does not slump on a bench or bus floor.
Each project starts with a free 3D mock-up. The paid sample follows in 15–20 working days and its cost is credited against the bulk order. Bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after sample approval, made in our own factory with ISO 9001:2015 quality control and final inspection before packing.

Yes. The base compartment is lined with a coated fabric that can be wiped down after muddy sessions, and it is separated from the main compartment so dirt stays contained. It fits one pair of adult boots or trainers.
Embroidery gives the most durable club crest, rubber or PVC patches give a raised premium look, and screen printing suits large sponsor logos. Heat transfer is best for names and numbers. We advise on placement during the free 3D mock-up.
Yes, we ship factory-direct to teamwear brands and distributors in Germany, Sweden and across Europe by air courier or sea freight. Buyers handle import duties and VAT on arrival, and we provide commercial invoices and packing lists.
