A tall, narrow backpack carries a folded gi, gloves and shin guards better than a short wide one. Dojo Mulberry is shaped for that: a long body in deep mulberry with black side and base panels, a top-loading compartment with its own zip, and a vertical front zip down the centre. Side mesh pockets and compression buckles run along both edges. It stands upright against a wall, so it takes less space on crowded gym benches.
Fabric is 600D/900D polyester with a PU coating, with a tough black base that resists wear on mat-room floors. The shoulder straps are padded and contoured, and a top grab handle helps when the bag is hung on a hook. Heavy-duty coil zips are used throughout. Capacity is approx. 35–40 L.
BJJ and MMA academies use this bag as a club pack for competition teams, with the academy crest on the upper panel and the athlete's belt colour or name below. Fightwear brands also stock it as a private-label item next to their rash guards and shorts. Coaches like that the bag looks uniform when the team walks out at a tournament.
Logos can be embroidered, patched, screen printed or heat-transferred. Mulberry can switch to black, red, navy or any brand colour. For private-label buyers we add woven labels and swing tags on bulk orders of 500 pieces or more. A free 3D mock-up shows the final look before sampling.
We cut, sew and embroider in our own factory under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. The paid sample takes 15–20 working days, with its cost credited against your first bulk order, and bulk is completed 2–3 weeks after approval. Defects reported with photos within 14 days of delivery are remade or credited.

Blackthorn World manufactures fight gear backpacks under private label for fightwear brands and academies. Bags start at 50 pieces per style; woven labels and swing tags start at 500 pieces and are made with bulk orders only.
Yes. We can add a sewn stripe in belt colour on the upper panel, or heat-transfer an athlete's name below the crest. Each variation is listed on the order sheet and packed individually labelled.
Smaller orders travel by DHL, UPS or FedEx air courier, usually arriving 4–7 days after dispatch. Distributor quantities can go by sea freight. Import duty and VAT are paid by the buyer on arrival in the UK.
