Functional fitness and bootcamp training borrow a lot from the military, and Barracks Sand follows that look. The upper body is sand tan with rows of black horizontal webbing across the front, ready for patches or clip-on accessories. The lower section is black with a separate zipped shoe compartment and small vent eyelets, and the black straps carry side-release buckles.
Fabric is 600D/900D polyester with a PU coating. The webbing is heavy-duty polypropylene stitched with bar-tacks at each column, so it holds a carabiner, a first-aid pouch or a water bottle clip. Padded shoulder straps, a sternum strap and a padded back panel spread the load. Capacity is approx. 30–35 L. A drainage eyelet in the shoe section lets moisture escape after outdoor sessions.
Typical buyers are tactical-fitness brands, bootcamp franchises and gyms with a military-style identity. A franchise might order 200 packs in tan for members and a black version for coaches, mixing the two colourways within one style. The webbing also takes hook-and-loop name tapes for coaches. Outdoor sessions in parks and car parks are where this pack earns its place.
We decorate with embroidery, rubber or PVC patches, screen print or heat transfer. A hook-and-loop panel can replace the logo area so members can swap morale patches. Colourways are open: olive, black, coyote, navy or your brand palette. Camouflage, if requested, is original Blackthorn camouflage.
All cutting, stitching and decoration takes place in our own factory, checked against ISO 9001:2015 procedures. The free 3D mock-up is followed by a paid sample in 15–20 working days, credited against the bulk order, and bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after approval. Each finished pack is checked for webbing stitch strength, zip function and buckle operation before packing.

Yes. The horizontal webbing rows are stitched with bar-tacks at each column, so they accept standard clip-on pouches, carabiners and bottle holders. We can also add more webbing on the sides or straps if your brand needs extra attachment points.
Yes. We can sew a hook-and-loop panel on the front for morale patches, name tapes or removable logos. Many bootcamp brands use it so members can add achievement patches. It is shown on the free 3D mock-up before sampling.
The MOQ is 50 pieces per style. You can split those 50 between colourways, for example tan and black, as long as the bag design and branding positions stay the same.
After mock-up approval, a paid sample takes 15–20 working days. Bulk production takes 2–3 weeks after sample approval, and air courier delivery to the USA, Canada or Norway usually takes about 4–7 days.
