A roll-top closure is the simplest way to keep rain out of a bag: the top is folded over several times and clipped with a central buckle, leaving no top zip for water to find. The Torch backpack uses that design in charcoal grey, with the roll-top edge and side panels picked out in orange.
Rolling the top fewer times adds volume when you need it, so the bag ranges from about 20 L tightly rolled to approx. 30 L fully extended. A zipped front pocket with orange binding holds small items, side compression straps steady the load, and a black base and padded black harness complete the build.
Main fabric is 600D/900D polyester with a PU coating, from 600D to 1680D, and seams on the roll-top can be taped for wetter climates. Pricing is indicative and FOB in USD: $14.00–$16.00 for 50–99 pcs, $11.50–$14.00 for 100–499 and $9.00–$11.50 for 500+. Webbing daisy chains or a laptop sleeve can be added for a small cost within the tier.
Cycle couriers, utility meter readers and landscapers in the UK, Ireland and Norway spend all day outside, and the charcoal and orange look works as a uniform bag that does not shout. A courier company could print its logo on the front pocket and add a reflective strip along the roll edge.
Decoration covers embroidery, screen print, heat transfer and rubber PVC patch, with both colours changeable. A single order of 50 pieces can include more than one colourway. Woven labels and swing tags are made with bulk orders from 500 pieces, never on trial quantities.
Production takes place in our own factory under ISO 9001:2015 quality control, with in-house cutting and stitching. You see a free 3D mock-up, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days, credited to your first bulk order; bulk takes 2–3 weeks after approval. We ship to the UK, Ireland, Norway and Canada. The roll-top closure is very weather-resistant because there is no top zip. With PU-coated fabric and optional taped seams it keeps contents dry in rain. We describe it as weather-resistant rather than fully submersible.
It holds approx. 20 L when tightly rolled and about 30 L when fully extended. The capacity can be scaled up or down on request, and final dimensions are confirmed on the paid sample.
Yes. Reflective tape can be sewn along the roll edge, side panels or shoulder straps, which suits couriers and road workers. Tell us your layout and we will show it on the free 3D mock-up.
Yes. We ship to Norway, the UK, Ireland and the rest of Europe by DHL, UPS or FedEx, or by sea freight for distributors. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% when the order is ready.
