Custom GAA jerseys, made to order from 10 pieces
Blackthorn World manufactures custom sublimated GAA jerseys to order from 10 pieces per design. They are made for Gaelic football, hurling, camogie and ladies' Gaelic football. Each jersey is cut from 140–160 GSM polyester/spandex stretch fabric, and your full design (club colors, crest, sponsor logos and numbers) is dye-sublimated into the fabric. We supply GAA clubs, schools, colleges, leagues, teamwear dealers, wholesalers and importers in Ireland, the UK and the USA.
Start from one of our 10 Gaelic designs or send your own. Youth and adult sizes can be mixed in one order. You can build a free mock-up with our online Kit Mockup tool before you commit.
140–160 GSM polyester/spandex: what it means on the pitch
GSM is the fabric's weight in grams per square meter. At 140–160 GSM, the jersey is light enough for a full match in summer championship heat and strong enough for shoulder-to-shoulder contact and a season of washing. The spandex in the blend lets the jersey stretch when a player catches a high ball, solos or strikes, and then recover its shape. Polyester wicks sweat and dries quickly, so jerseys stay light on wet evenings.
Which weight to choose
- Around 140 GSM: lighter, for training tops, underage teams and warm-weather tournaments.
- Around 160 GSM: slightly heavier, for match jerseys that take more contact and washing.
Ask for a fabric swatch with your sample to compare the two weights.
Full dye-sublimation: club colors that don't crack or fade
Sublimation bonds the ink into the polyester fibers, so hoops, sashes, gradients, crests and sponsor logos become part of the jersey. Nothing can crack, peel or wash out, and there are no heavy print patches to trap heat. Adding colors doesn't add cost, so a detailed club crest or a Celtic knot pattern costs the same as a plain number.
Every jersey is printed from your approved artwork file, so new players and later reorders match the original set exactly.

For GAA clubs, schools and leagues
Clubs can order every team in one run, from underage to senior, in the same design or a different colorway per code. Schools and colleges can match jerseys for Gaelic football, hurling and camogie. A 10-piece minimum means a new juvenile team or a ladies' football squad can get a full set without buying stock it doesn't need. Artwork stays on file, so reorders for new players match the originals.
