About the Custom Motorcycle Textile Jackets

Textile jackets are the backbone of every motorcycle clothing range, from four-season touring to adventure, city riding and summer mesh. We build them in abrasion-resistant textiles — 500D–600D polyester or Cordura®-type nylon with high-abrasion zones on shoulders and elbows — with a waterproof breathable membrane or removable rain liner, a quilted thermal liner and through-vents.

Every jacket has pockets for CE limb armour and a back protector, and can be supplied with CE EN 1621-1/-2 armour fitted. Fit, panel layout, colours and branding are yours, and jackets can be developed to EN 17092 class A, AA or AAA with testing at a notified body.

Are your motorcycle jackets and pants CE certified?

Garments can be developed to EN 17092 (class AAA, AA or A) with CE-certified EN 1621-1 limb armour and EN 1621-2 back protectors, with testing at a notified body on request. We do not claim certification for standard samples.

Can you supply jackets with armour fitted?

Yes — CE EN 1621-1 shoulder and elbow armour and an EN 1621-2 back protector can be supplied fitted, or pockets only.

Are the jackets waterproof?

Yes, with a waterproof breathable membrane or removable rain liner and storm-flap zips.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order is 50 pieces per style for motorcycle and motocross garments and 50 pairs per style for gloves, with sizes mixed freely across the order. A pre-production sample is approved before bulk.

Can I get a sample before bulk?

Yes. A pre-production sample is made and approved on fit, fabric, protection, colour and branding before bulk production starts.
