Each singlet is cut from 220 GSM polyester/spandex four-way stretch fabric, and your full design (colors, crest, team name and sponsor logos) is dye-sublimated into the fabric. We supply high school and college programs, youth wrestling clubs, academies, leagues, teamwear dealers, wholesalers and importers in the USA, Canada, the UK, Europe, Japan, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand.

220 GSM means the fabric weighs 220 grams per square meter, a solid weight for a competition singlet. It is opaque, holds its shape through hard scrambles and takedowns, and recovers after every stretch, so the singlet stays close to the body without riding up or bagging out. The polyester takes sublimation inks well and dries quickly, and the spandex gives the four-way stretch wrestlers need to shoot, sprawl and bridge.

Sublimation bonds the ink into the polyester fibers, so the design becomes part of the singlet. Patterns, gradients, team names and sponsor logos can't crack, peel or rub off on the mat, and there are no heavy print layers to stiffen the stretch. Adding colors doesn't add cost, which is why our designs use full-body patterns such as topographic lines, hexagons and digital camouflage.

The singlets come in youth and adult sizes, and both can be mixed in one order. A full size chart comes with your quote. If wrestlers are between sizes, tell us their weight classes and we will suggest a size run.
The minimum order is 10 pieces per design, and sizes can be mixed within those 10. Pricing is quoted per order and scales with quantity.
We ship to the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, the rest of Europe, Japan, Brazil, Australia and New Zealand, with a commercial invoice and packing list for your customs broker.
Blackthorn World runs its own factory with more than 200 stitching machines, 8 in-house sublimation printers, in-house embroidery and screen printing, and capacity for over 150,000 garments a month. A pre-production sample takes about 2 weeks after you approve the design proof. Bulk production then takes 3–4 weeks after you approve the sample. Shipping time depends on your country and on air or sea freight.
