Enduro Blaze pairs a vivid orange mesh back with navy blue TPR guards that cover the knuckles, the first finger joints and the outer edge of the hand. The cuff is navy with an orange logo, and the palm is black suede with orange stitching, orange finger sidewalls and orange silicone dots on the fingertips.
Orange and navy is a popular pairing for enduro brands and for teams that ride orange bikes. An Irish or Scottish enduro club, for example, could order 100 pairs with its name on the cuff and sell them through the club shop, with youth sizes for the junior trail section.
The 0.8–1.0 mm synthetic suede palm is padded across the heel of the hand to soften vibration on long rocky stages. The polyester and spandex back stretches over the TPR guards so the glove still closes neatly around the bar. The cuff fastens with hook-and-loop and is reinforced at the wrist.
As an OEM partner we can work from your own tech pack or start from this pattern. Guards can be moulded with your mark, the mesh can be sublimated, and the cuff logo can be screen printed, silicone or embroidered. Free 3D mock-up first, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days, credited on bulk.
Tentative FOB pricing runs $10.50–$12.00 a pair at 100–499 pairs, $8.50–$10.50 at 500–999 and $7.00–$8.50 at 1,000+. Bulk is 2–3 weeks after sample approval. Our own factory runs ISO 9001:2015 quality control, and any defect reported within 14 days with photos is inspected and remade or credited.

Yes. Blackthorn World works as an OEM manufacturer and can follow your tech pack, size chart and materials, or adapt the Enduro Blaze pattern. We confirm materials and price at quote and send a free 3D mock-up before sampling.
The palm is 0.8–1.0 mm synthetic suede with padding in the heel of the hand and silicone grip on the fingertips. It is thicker than our race gloves, which helps on long enduro stages with rough terrain and constant vibration.
Yes. Clubs order from 100 pairs per style, with the club name or crest on the cuff and colours changed to match club kit. Sizes, including youth, can be mixed inside the minimum order.
Samples and small bulk orders go by DHL, UPS or FedEx air. Bigger distributor orders can move by sea freight. Shipping costs are quoted separately from the indicative FOB price per pair.
