Made in any colours — your design
Retro sportswear is still shaping polo ranges in 2026, and the wide chest band is one of its most recognisable details. Here a deep forest green body frames a cream panel at chest height, creating a clean vintage look for menswear labels, golf and country clubs, and outdoor brands building a gorpcore-leaning lifestyle line.
The band is a separate pique panel, stitched in rather than printed, so its edges stay straight and the colours never crack. We use 100% cotton pique at around 230 GSM with a soft, slightly dry handle, reactive dyed for good wash fastness. The self-colour collar and banded cuffs are flat-knit rib, with a two-button placket and tonal buttons. Organic cotton pique is available for brands with sustainability targets.
Choose your own body and band colours, adjust the band depth or position, or add a second narrow stripe. Tonal embroidery, as shown, gives an understated premium finish; puff embroidery, silicone heat transfer or a woven patch are alternatives. We add your woven neck label, printed care label, hangtags and branded polybags so the polo arrives ready for retail.
Blackthorn World has run its own cutting, embroidery and stitching floors in Sialkot since 1995, building on a family textile background that goes back to 1965. Our ISO 9001:2015 system, ISO 14001 environmental management and SMETA/Sedex audits give private label buyers the documentation they expect. Samples take 7–14 days and production runs 3–5 weeks after approval.
