About the Graphite Block Coach Polo Shirt

Wide black panels meet grey and off-white blocks at the shoulders and sides, divided by clean straight lines. There are no gradients or textures, so the shirt looks tailored and calm. COACH is set in off-white on the black chest. Because the blocks are sublimated rather than sewn as separate panels, the seams stay minimal and the 180 GSM fabric lies flat.

Graphite Block began as a design for staff who do not want to compete with the players. Neutral tones step back on camera and next to team colours, which helps basketball and hockey coaches on a bench beside a bright playing kit.

The colourway is also forgiving. Grey and black pair with almost any crest, from red rugby clubs to green football academies, so one design can serve several teams in an organisation. Add a single accent, such as a club-colour collar tip or placket, and the polo becomes yours without losing the clean block structure.

How ordering works

Approve the mock-up and pay a 50% deposit. We send PPS photos or video, then complete bulk around 2–3 weeks after approval. The balance is paid when goods are ready, and we ship by your preferred method.

Graphite Block is made in Blackthorn World's Sialkot factory: 200+ machines, in-house sublimation, printing and embroidery, and ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS compliance.

We can tint one block in your club colour, embroider the crest and print names on the back. Woven neck labels, care labels and swing tags in your branding require 500 pcs and are made with bulk production only; trial batches carry standard labels.
