About the Navy Cyan Wave Handball Kit
Deep navy forms the base of both pieces. Cyan and white wave swooshes sweep across the chest and down one flank of the jersey, then repeat on the shorts leg so the set reads as one unit from the bench. The sample shows number 18 sublimated in white on the back and chest. Because the number is dyed into the fibre, it never cracks or peels. Crest and sponsor areas stay clean on the navy.
A handball club rarely buys one kit. It buys for the first team, the reserves, the U14 girls and the U12 boys, often in different months. This design is built for that pattern. The wave graphic is stored as a master file, so a reorder next autumn matches the first batch in shade and placement. Each squad can carry its own number range and name set while the club look stays fixed.
Academies in Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany often split one order across men's, women's and youth cuts. We can mix those sizes inside the 30-set minimum, so a single programme covers every team without a separate trial for each.

How ordering works
Start with a trial order of 30 sets and a 50% deposit. We send PPS photos or video for sign-off, then cut and sew in about 2–3 weeks. The balance is due when the kits are packed, and we ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx, air or sea.
Blackthorn World makes this kit in its own factory in Sialkot, Pakistan, with 200+ stitching machines, in-house sublimation, printing and embroidery, and ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS credentials.
Make it yours
Add the club crest to the chest, sponsor logos front and back, and player names above the numbers, all sublimated into the fabric. Colours can be shifted to match an existing palette. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500 pcs MOQ and are produced with bulk orders; trial orders carry standard labels.
