Sunday leagues and coaching academies that want a calm, classic colour often settle on navy, and the Ocean Contour set gives that navy some movement. Fine sky-blue and white contour lines flow across the jersey like a depth map, with sky-blue side panels, a white-trimmed V-neck and sky-blue cuffs. The overall effect is tidy and easy to recognise from the touchline, even on a busy multi-pitch site.
The navy shorts carry sky-blue side panels that line up with the jersey, and the navy socks pick up the same thin wave lines on the calf, so the three pieces match without extra artwork. The small Blackthorn marks appear on the mock-up only; your crest replaces them on production.
Jerseys are 100% polyester Super-Knit at approx. 220 GSM, breathable and moisture wicking, with a 140–160 GSM option for summer tournaments. Shorts are approx. 160 GSM polyester interlock with a drawcord waist, and the polyester/nylon/spandex socks have a cushioned sole for long training sessions on artificial grass.
Names, numbers, sponsors and league badges are sublimated straight into the fabric. Wholesalers building their own teamwear range can add private neck labels, care labels and swing tags from 500 pcs on bulk orders; these are not available on trial orders. Player names sit cleanly on the plain navy across the back, and sponsor logos can go on the chest, sleeve or the back of the shorts.
Indicative FOB prices per set are $18.00–$21.00 for 50–99, $15.50–$18.00 for 100–499 and $14.00–$15.50 for 500+. Production happens in our own ISO 9001:2015 controlled factory, starting with a free 3D mock-up and a paid sample in 15–20 working days that is credited against bulk.

Yes. We produce on a private-label basis and the Blackthorn marks shown on the mock-up are removed. Your logo can be sublimated on the garments, and woven neck labels, care labels and swing tags are available with bulk orders from 500 pcs.
Wash inside out at 30–40°C with similar colours, avoid bleach and fabric softener, and line dry. Sublimated prints are part of the fibre, so names and numbers will not peel, but high heat from tumble dryers or irons can affect polyester.
Adult sizes run XS–4XL and youth sizes 4–14 yrs. You can split the 50-set minimum across any mix of sizes, which suits clubs ordering for juniors, seniors and coaching staff at the same time.
Yes. Small and medium orders go by DHL, UPS or FedEx air, usually door to door, and larger distributor orders can travel by sea freight. Shipping cost can be quoted alongside the FOB price so you can compare routes.
