Olive here is a soft military green with a brushed suede nap that looks darker in shadow. Raglan sleeves run from collar to underarm in one diagonal seam, giving room through the shoulders. Rib collar, cuffs and hem keep the bomber shape. A TPR badge sits on the chest, and the interior has quilted satin for light warmth.

Most gym merch stops at tees and hoodies. A bomber gives the shelf a high-ticket item members buy as a reward or a gift. Raglan sleeves suit broad shoulders, which matters when your customers lift.

We mould the gym's logo in TPR so it looks sharp and tough. A back embroidery with the gym name or a founding year adds identity. Coaches' versions can carry a role mark on the sleeve. Restocks use the same mould and colour standard, so the wall stays consistent.

How ordering works

Start with 50 jackets. A 50% deposit covers mould and PPS, which we share as photos or video. Bulk is made in about 2–3 weeks after approval, and the balance is settled before we ship.

Production runs in-house in Sialkot on 200+ stitching machines with TPR, embroidery, sublimation and printing units, under SGS, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and ISO 9001:2015.

Make it yours

TPR chest logo, back embroidery, sleeve role marks, printed lining. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500 pcs MOQ and come only with bulk production; trial orders use standard labels.
