What sets Piston Steel apart on a shelf is the metallic look of its guards. Royal blue mesh runs across the back of the hand, black sections frame the fingers, and each knuckle and finger guard is moulded TPR finished in silver and black. A silver logo sits on the black cuff strap.
Wholesalers in Canada and the northern USA often stock a blue armoured glove for brands whose bikes and kits run blue. Piston Steel gives them that option without a minimum that ties up cash: 100 pairs per style, with youth and adult sizes in the same order, and a second colourway added as a separate style.
The palm is 0.8–1.0 mm synthetic suede with padding over the heel of the hand and a textured section across the palm for grip on worn grips. Fingertips carry silicone print. The mesh back is polyester and spandex for stretch and airflow, and the cuff closes with a hook-and-loop strap. The fingers are pre-curved slightly so the hand rests naturally on the bar.
Our factory cuts, stitches, sublimates and embroiders in-house, so changes are simple: blue to green, silver to gold, or your logo moulded into the knuckle guard. A free 3D mock-up comes first. The paid sample takes 15–20 working days and its cost is credited when you place bulk. Dealers who sell blue bikes often order matching jerseys from us at the same time.
Indicative FOB per pair is $10.50–$12.00 at 100–499 pairs, $8.50–$10.50 at 500–999, and $7.00–$8.50 at 1,000+. Bulk runs 2–3 weeks after sample approval, with larger or custom-moulded orders confirmed at quote. Terms are 50% deposit and 50% when the goods are ready to ship. Pairs are inspected under ISO 9001:2015 procedures before cartons are sealed.

Yes. The TPR guards can be moulded in black, a matching colour, or a metallic-look finish such as gold, and your logo can be added to the main knuckle guard. We show options on a free 3D mock-up before sampling.
Piston Steel is made in adult XS–3XL, and youth sizes are available on request. Youth and adult sizes can share one order of 100 pairs, which suits dealers who serve families and junior race series.
We ask for a 50% deposit to begin production and the remaining 50% when the order is complete and ready to ship. The paid sample is separate, and its cost is credited against your first bulk order.
