About the Vintage Black Distressed T-Shirt
The shade is a washed-out black that turns charcoal at the seams. The neckline is left raw with small nicks, and the hem carries light abrasion and a few broken threads. The fit is boxy with dropped shoulders. Pigment dye means each tee fades a little differently, which is the point. The image shows a small chest print on the faded ground.
Promo resellers are asked more and more for merch that looks vintage on day one. Clients in music, hospitality and events want a tee people keep. A distressed black gives that, and a cracked-look screen print on top finishes the effect.
We handle the wash and distressing in-house, so the reseller does not need a second supplier. You send client artwork; we print, wash and distress in one flow. Distress level can be set light, medium or heavy per client. Cartons are labelled by client and size, which helps when one reseller is running several jobs at once.

How ordering works
Send artwork and order from 30 pieces. We take a 50% deposit, then print, wash and distress a PPS and share photos or video. Bulk is done about 2–3 weeks after approval, with the balance due on dispatch.
Washing, distressing, printing and embroidery are all done in our Sialkot factory with 200+ machines and an in-house sublimation unit, under ISO 9001:2015, SGS, SEDEX/SMETA and WRAP.
Make it yours
Screen print with a vintage crack, puff print, DTF or embroidery. Distress level and placement are adjustable. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags require 500 pcs and run with bulk orders only; trial orders do not include them and use standard labels.
