Made in any colours — your design
Pleats are back on court, and the tenniscore look has spread naturally into padel. This skort layers crisp white wrap-over pleats above aqua and navy tiers that flash colour with every step, creating a feminine, playful silhouette that still performs during fast exchanges at the net. It suits boutique labels, club shops and women's league programmes.
We build it from a 160–180 GSM polyester and spandex stretch knit with a smooth, opaque handle and quick-dry finish. A wide, flat elastic waistband sits comfortably without digging in, the asymmetric overlay is cut on a gentle curve, and pressed knife pleats are heat-set to hold shape through repeated washing. Built-in compression shorts with leg grippers and a side ball pocket come as standard. A recycled polyester stretch knit can replace the standard fabric.
Private label clients can change the tier colours, pleat depth and skirt length, swap to a single-layer pleat, or add printed panels. Logos can be heat transferred, embroidered or applied in silicone on the hip or waistband, with custom labels, hangtags and retail packaging to complete the presentation.

The pleats are heat-set into a polyester and spandex knit, which holds a crisp edge through repeated machine washing. You can check this on the paid development sample before approving bulk production.
