Hundreds of laser-cut leaves give this ghillie jacket its depth. Most are mid-green with serrated edges, layered so they hang loosely and break up the outline of the head, shoulders and arms. Tan and charcoal accent leaves are scattered through the green to mimic dry foliage and shadow in mixed woodland. Accent colours sit randomly rather than in a repeating pattern, which avoids the regular shapes that animals and observers notice.
The jacket has a deep hood that drapes over a cap, an open-front design with a zip or snap closure, and elastic cuffs that keep the sleeves from sliding over the hands when shouldering a rifle or drawing a bow. Opened up, it shows a plain mesh lining, so the leaf layer never sits against the skin.
Leaf fabric is laser-cut polyester of approx. 120–150 GSM, layered onto a breathable polyester mesh base of 60–80 GSM. The result is lightweight, quiet when you move through cover, and non-reflective in low sun. It packs into a small bag and dries quickly after rain or dew. The mesh base also lets air through when you are stalking or sitting still in warm early-season weather.
Colourways can be built for other terrain: our woodland, desert, snow and autumn leaf sets are all original Blackthorn camouflage, and leaf density can be adjusted. Private-label buyers can add a woven label, and full neck labels, care labels and swing tags are made with bulk orders of 500 pieces.
We cut, layer and stitch the jacket in our own factory under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. A paid sample takes 15–20 working days, credited against bulk, and bulk is completed 2–3 weeks after approval. Matching pants are available so retailers can sell a full suit.

Yes. The leaves are soft laser-cut polyester rather than stiff synthetic jute, so they move quietly through brush, and the polyester mesh base lets heat escape. The whole jacket is light enough to wear over other layers for long sits.
Yes. Alongside Woodland Leaf we produce desert, snow and autumn leaf colourways, all original Blackthorn camouflage. Leaf colours, accent mix and density can be adjusted, and each colourway has its own 50-piece MOQ.
