Made in any colours — your design
Colour-block puffers with chevron quilting are trending in both teamwear and retro fashion. This burgundy and navy jacket works for netball, hockey and school programmes as well as lifestyle brands that want a sporty, 1990s-inspired outer layer.
The shell is 20D to 40D polyester or nylon with a soft matte finish, down-proof treatment and water-repellent coating. Fill is 160 to 200 gsm polyester wadding, with recycled synthetic or duck down options. Chevron baffles point downward across the body for a dynamic look, while navy shoulder panels add contrast. A stand collar without hood, a tonal burgundy zip, zipped hand pockets and elasticated cuffs and hem finish the jacket.
The ivory embroidered logo sits on the navy yoke, and the panel structure gives clubs space for crests, sponsor names and initials. We embroider, apply silicone and reflective heat transfers and add rubber or woven patches in house. Colours are fully custom, so you can match school or club palettes exactly. A matching gilet with the same chevron quilting and navy yoke can be produced as a lighter companion piece for spring and autumn fixtures.
Blackthorn has manufactured padded outerwear in Sialkot since 1995. Our in-house cutting and quilting keep chevron points aligned at the zip, a detail that separates quality jackets from cheap ones. Yes. This design has a stand collar, but we can add a fixed or detachable hood on request, lined in either body colour. The change is confirmed on the free 3D mock-up and then on your paid development sample.
Yes. We grade this jacket in women's and unisex fits, adjusting chest, waist, hip and sleeve length for each block. Clubs can mix fits within the 50-piece minimum per style, which suits netball and mixed hockey squads.
