Made in any colours — your design
A bold club puffer is often the most requested item in a teamwear range because it is worn on match days and off the pitch. This royal blue jacket with contrast black side panels gives a sporty, athletic shape that clubs and academies love.
The shell is 20D to 40D nylon ripstop or polyester with a down-proof finish and durable water repellency. Fill is 160 to 200 gsm polyester wadding, or a recycled synthetic or duck down option for premium ranges. Horizontal baffles run across the body and sleeves, black side panels slim the silhouette, and the hood attaches with snaps for easy removal. A centre-front zip, zipped hand pockets and elasticated cuffs complete the jacket.
The white embroidered chest logo is ready to be replaced with your crest, and we can add sponsor marks, sleeve prints or player initials. Embroidery, silicone and reflective heat transfers and rubber patches are all done in house. Colourways are fully custom, so royal and black can become any combination your club uses. A matching gilet or stand collar version can be produced from the same pattern, giving clubs a complete winter range.
Blackthorn manufactures padded outerwear in Sialkot and has done so since 1995. Cutting, quilting, filling and stitching happen in one facility, which keeps baffle heights even and fill weights consistent. Production follows ISO 9001:2015, and we start with a free 3D mock-up and a paid sample credited to bulk.

Club puffers start at 50 pieces per style. Sizes from youth 6/8 to adult 5XL can be mixed, and clubs can split colourways across age groups or staff within that quantity, so one order covers the whole organisation.
Polyester wadding is more affordable, dries faster and is easier to wash, which suits youth teams. Duck down is lighter and warmer for its weight. Recycled synthetic fill offers a sustainable middle ground.
Yes. The hood on this design attaches with snaps and can be removed in seconds. We can also make a fixed hood, a zip-off hood or a stand collar version if your club prefers, confirmed on the development sample.
