Made in any colours — your design
Longline puffers have become a staple for city winters, and olive with sand is the earthy colour story that fits current outdoor-inspired fashion. This coat suits lifestyle labels, club staff programmes and distributors who need a warm, versatile hero coat.
The shell is a matte 300T polyester pongee or 20D nylon with a down-proof finish and durable water repellency. Fill is 180 to 220 gsm polyester wadding, with recycled synthetic or duck down available. Wide torso baffles combine with narrow side baffles to shape the waist. A two-way zip, sand-lined hood with toggles, zipped hand pockets, black hook-and-loop cuff tabs and inner storm cuffs finish the construction.
The cream embroidered chest logo is a placeholder for your brand. We also offer tonal embroidery, silicone transfers, woven badges and rubber patches, plus custom zip pullers and branded snaps. Labels, hangtags and garment bags are produced to your instructions so the coat arrives retail ready. Detachable faux fur trim for the hood and an internal media pocket can be added for colder markets. The same pattern can be cut to hip length for a shorter version, giving you two styles from one development.
Blackthorn has made outerwear in Sialkot since 1995 and controls cutting, quilting and stitching in house, which keeps baffle lines straight and fill weights even across sizes. Production follows ISO 9001:2015 with ISO 14001 environmental management. You receive a free 3D mock-up first, then a paid sample credited against bulk.

Polyester wadding around 200 gsm is warm, washable and cost-effective. Duck down offers more warmth for its weight and a premium price point. Recycled synthetic fill suits brands with sustainability targets. We can sample each option side by side.
