Made in any colours — your design
Every football, rugby and hockey bench needs coats that keep substitutes and coaching staff warm through a long winter fixture. This navy knee-length stadium coat is built for that job and doubles as a premium supporter piece in the club shop.
The shell is 300D polyester or 228T taslan with a PU coating and water-repellent finish, rated up to 5,000 mm, with taped seams available for wetter climates. Insulation is 200 to 250 gsm polyester wadding, with recycled fill as an upgrade. A fixed storm hood with toggle adjusters, a concealed two-way zip under a snap storm flap, raglan sleeves, deep fleece-lined handwarmer pockets and hook-and-loop cuff tabs complete the design.
The chest carries a white embroidered logo, and clubs typically add sponsor marks, a back print or player initials. We embroider, apply reflective or silicone heat transfers and stitch woven patches in house. Inside, you can request a quilted lining in club colours, an internal phone pocket and individual name labels for squad distribution. Youth sizes start at age 6/8, so academy players, senior squads and staff can share one consistent look across the club.
Stadium coats are complex outerwear, so we allow 4 to 6 weeks for bulk after sample approval. Blackthorn has manufactured in Sialkot since 1995 and runs ISO 9001:2015 quality checks on zips, seams and fill distribution. A free 3D mock-up comes first, then a paid sample credited to your order.

We make stadium coats from 50 pieces per style. Clubs can mix youth and adult sizes and split players and staff colourways within that quantity, covering the full squad in one order.
The shell is PU coated with a water-repellent finish rated up to 5,000 mm. For heavier rain we can add fully taped seams and a higher coating. Exact performance is confirmed on the development sample.
Yes. We embroider or heat transfer sponsor marks on the chest, sleeve or back. Our team plans placements on a free 3D mock-up so you can check sizing before the paid sample.
Yes. Football and bandy clubs in Sweden and AFL and rugby clubs in Australia are typical destinations. Squad orders usually travel by air courier ahead of the season, while club shop stock can move by sea to reduce landed cost.
