About the Cobalt Volt Club Boxing Gloves

Bright colours help coaches. The Cobalt Volt uses a strong cobalt blue shell with fluorescent volt lime swooshes across the hand and a volt band around the cuff. In a busy gym hall, coaches can spot a club glove quickly, and young boxers like the look. The colours also photograph well for club social pages and program flyers.

Youth and amateur programs need a glove that is easy to put on and easy to clean. The hook-and-loop strap closes in seconds, the attached thumb stays tucked, and the PU shell wipes down between groups. Multi-layer EVA and latex foam protects the hands on pads and bags. Kids sizes from 6 to 8 oz can be added on request.

An amateur boxing club in Dublin with a busy junior section could order 8, 10 and 12 oz pairs for its after-school sessions. Kids sizes are available on request, and weights can be mixed inside the 30-piece MOQ. The club crest goes on the back of the hand, and the volt accents make it easy for coaches to spot club gloves in a shared kit bag.

Design notes

Cobalt blue covers the main shell. Volt lime swooshes curve from the knuckles down both sides of the hand, and a volt band trims the cuff and strap edge. The logo is printed in white on the back of the hand at 50 mm width. Clubs can replace it with their crest, and a name or number can go on the strap.

Frequently asked questions

Can we order kids and adult sizes together?

Yes. Kids weights of 6 to 8 oz are available on request, and adult weights run 10 to 16 oz. You can mix kids and adult pairs within the 30-piece MOQ for one colourway, which suits clubs with mixed age groups.

Can each glove carry a number for kit management?

Yes. We can print a number or short name on the wrist strap, which helps clubs track shared gloves. Tell us the numbering plan with your order and we confirm the layout on the sample.

Is the volt colour fluorescent?

The accents are a fluorescent volt lime that stands out under gym lights. Fluorescent shades can fade with long sun exposure, so we suggest storing gloves indoors. We match the volt tone at sampling for your approval.

Can we use our club crest in place of the logo?

Yes. Your crest replaces the Blackthorn mark on the back of the hand at 50 mm width. We can print it in full colour, or in white for a clean look on the cobalt shell.

Are these gloves approved for amateur competition?

These are training gloves for club and school use. We do not claim sanctioning-body approval. Competition gloves are usually supplied by event organisers, so most clubs buy this style for training, pads and bag work.

What is the minimum order and price for the Cobalt Volt Club Boxing Gloves?

The minimum order is 30 pieces per colourway, and weights can be mixed within the 30. The indicative FOB price is $11–$18 per piece. It is tentative: the final quote depends on the shell or fabric, branding, packaging and total quantity.

What is the Cobalt Volt Club Boxing Gloves made from?

PU synthetic leather shell (microfibre or cowhide upgrade), multi-layer EVA and latex foam, mesh vented palm, moisture-wicking lining. Final materials and construction are confirmed on the pre-production sample.
