The olive is faded unevenly, darker in the folds and pale on high points, like a short worn for years. The hem is cut raw and frayed. Contrast repair patches are stitched on with visible running stitches, a nod to mending culture. The waistband is elastic with a drawcord, and the leg sits just above the knee. Every pair shows small variation.

Repair patches tell a story about keeping clothes longer, and that message suits brands working on lower-impact ranges. We can cut patches from fabric offcuts, which uses material that would otherwise be waste. On request, the main fabric can move to a blend with recycled content.

We are clear about what we can claim. We do not certify recycled content unless documents for the specific fabric are in place, so your marketing stays accurate. Pigment dye with a short wash cycle keeps the process simple. We quote standard cotton and the recycled option side by side.

How ordering works

A trial of 30 pieces is enough to test the story. After the 50% deposit, we make the PPS and share photos or video. Bulk takes around 2–3 weeks from approval; the remaining balance is paid before dispatch.

Patch placement and colours, embroidered logo, puff or screen print. Recycled-paper hangtags can be quoted. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags have a 500 pcs minimum, are made with bulk runs, and are not part of trial orders, which ship with standard labels.
