Forest melton with ivory cowhide is the configuration alumni stores and campus shops reorder without redesigning. It is the one that photographs cleanly, sells at full price, and makes the rest of a collegiate range look coherent around it.

This is the build the whole category is measured against. The body is cut from 24 oz wool-blend melton at roughly 70/30 wool to polyester — heavy enough to hang properly off the shoulder, felted tightly enough that a chenille crest can be stitched straight onto it without a stabiliser ghost showing through. The sleeves are full-grain cowhide at 0.7–0.9 mm, set in with a piped armhole so the leather and the wool meet in a clean line rather than a bulky seam.
Everything above that is yours. We dye the rib knit to your Pantone, change the stripe count, move the pockets, swap antique brass snaps for gunmetal or nickel, and switch the quilted satin lining for a printed one. Chenille crests, tackle twill numbers, felt appliqué and flat or 3D embroidery are all produced in house, so the crest you approve on the development sample is stitched by the same machine that runs your bulk.
Because we cut and sew rather than decorate blanks, there is no stock body to work around. A 4XL is graded properly instead of being a stretched L, a women's fit is a different block rather than a smaller man's jacket, and a club that wants its own collar depth gets it.

Ten pieces per style. You can split those ten across sizes from youth XS to adult 5XL and across colourways, which is deliberately low so a brand can test a style at retail before committing to a full production run.
Yes — full-grain cowhide at 0.7–0.9 mm on this build. We also quote the identical pattern in PU leather if you need a vegan option or a sharper landed cost, and the two sit side by side on the same quotation so you can compare.
Send Pantone references or a physical swatch. We dye melton and rib knit to match, and lab dips are photographed and sent for approval before bulk. Where a Pantone cannot be hit in wool we say so and show you the closest achievable dip rather than guessing.
Development samples ship in 7 to 14 days. Bulk runs 4 to 6 weeks after you approve the sample, because leather sleeves and chenille work are slower than a printed garment. Air freight from Sialkot adds 3 to 6 days door to door.
