Made in any colours — your design
A heavyweight zip hoodie is often the highest-margin piece in a streetwear line, and deep navy is the colour that sells through steadily across seasons. This blank gives you a premium base with the weight and hardware customers notice immediately.
We use 500 gsm cotton-rich fleece, around 80/20 cotton/polyester with a brushed back, or 100% organic cotton loopback for eco-led ranges. The block is oversized with dropped shoulders and a slightly cropped body. A silver metal zip with a heavy pull runs centre front, the double-layer hood has no drawcords for a clean line, and the split kangaroo pockets are reinforced at each corner. Rib cuffs and hem are deep 2x2.
The exterior is left blank, ready for your branding. We can embroider, screen print, puff print or apply silicone transfers on the chest, back or sleeve, and match zip pullers, tape colour and engraved branding to your design. Woven neck labels, size tabs, hangtags and polybags complete the private label package. Matching heavyweight pullovers, crews and sweatpants are available in the same navy fleece, so you can build a full set from one supplier. Colours are dyed to your Pantone references for consistent shades across the collection.
Our Sialkot factory has produced fleece since 1995, and we control cutting, stitching and zip installation in house to keep plackets straight and zips running smoothly. Every order runs through ISO 9001:2015 checkpoints, and the paid development sample is credited against bulk once approved.
