We knit 500 gsm cotton-rich loopback or brushed fleece, typically 80/20 cotton/polyester, with 100% organic cotton available for sustainability-focused ranges. Panels are garment-washed for a soft hand and a vintage black tone, then cut to an oversized block with dropped shoulders. The double-layer hood holds its shape without drawcords, the kangaroo pocket is bar-tacked at stress points and 2x2 rib cuffs and hem are extra deep.
Because the exterior is blank, your logo is the only branding customers see. We screen print, puff print, embroider, apply silicone or HD transfers and add rubber patches after washing, or ship the plain blank for you to decorate locally. Inside, choose a woven neck label, printed neck print, size tab and custom hangtags. Matching heavyweight sweatpants in the same washed black can turn the hoodie into a full set.

No. The exterior is completely blank with no Blackthorn branding. Inside, we can sew your own woven neck label or print a tagless neck label, so the hoodie ships as your product.
The fabric is garment washed before final sizing, which removes most residual shrinkage. We test every lot after washing and quote finished measurements, so the spec sheet you publish matches what customers actually receive after their first home wash.
