About the Washed Black Boxy Heavyweight T-Shirt
This black is not jet. Garment dyeing and a wash give a charcoal-leaning shade that looks slightly vintage, with gentle fade along seams and the neck rib. The fit is boxy with dropped shoulders and a straight hem, and the sleeves sit wide. It carries a small front logo in the image. Washed black hides wear, which suits younger wearers.
Junior programmes want gear kids actually choose to wear. A tee that looks like streetwear does more for a club's visibility than a plain training shirt left in a drawer. The washed black reads as fashion, so juniors wear it to school and on weekends.
We cut the same boxy pattern in youth sizes YS–YXL, graded so the drop shoulder sits right on smaller frames. Parents get a tough 240–280 GSM shirt that survives repeated washing. Coaches can add names or year groups as a second print. Youth and adult sizes can share one order and one design.

How ordering works
Begin with 30 tees across youth and adult sizes. After a 50% deposit, we produce a pre-production sample and share photos or video. Approved bulk is ready in about 2–3 weeks, then the other half is paid and the order ships.
Made in Sialkot on 200+ stitching machines with our own embroidery, printing and sublimation departments, and backed by WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA, SGS and ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Screen print, puff print, DTF or embroidery on the chest, back or sleeve. Names and year groups can be added per piece. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags start at 500 pcs, are made with bulk production, and are not offered on trial orders, which use standard labels.

Does the washed black fade further?
The garment wash sets the colour first. Light further softening over time is normal for washed cotton.
