Olive green from top to base, this pack is built around a stacked front: a zipped admin pocket carrying a hook-and-loop patch panel, then a lower organiser pocket covered edge to edge in MOLLE webbing. Side compression straps with quick-release buckles cinch the load, and a padded grab handle sits at the top.
The body is cut from 900D/1000D polyester or nylon with a PU coating, within a main fabric range of 600D to 1680D depending on the weight and price point you choose. Heavy-duty zips with paracord-style pullers, bar-tacked webbing and padded, contoured shoulder straps make it a dependable everyday carry. Approx. capacity is around 35–45 L, confirmed at quote. An internal hydration sleeve and a padded laptop divider can be added at sampling if your customers ask for them.
Branding options include an embroidered or rubber PVC patch for the front panel, screen print, heat transfer or direct embroidery. The olive base can be swapped for black, coyote, ranger green or your own colourway, and inner labels or swing tags can be added on bulk runs of 500 pieces or more.
A typical buyer is a surplus or outdoor store in the USA or Canada building its own label: 50 olive packs for launch, then a reorder in black once sell-through is proven. Because the patch panel is removable, the same stock can also be sold to airsoft teams and cadet units with their own badges. Production runs in our own factory with in-house cutting, stitching and embroidery under ISO 9001:2015 quality checks. You start with a free 3D mock-up, then a paid sample in 15–20 working days, credited against the first bulk order. Bulk follows 2–3 weeks after sample approval.

The MOQ is 50 pieces per style. Within that quantity you can split colours, for example 25 olive and 25 black, as long as the construction stays the same. Larger runs move into lower price tiers at 100 and 500 pieces.
The standard build is 900D/1000D polyester or nylon with a PU coating. We can go lighter at 600D for a lower price or heavier up to 1680D for abrasion resistance. Webbing, buckles and heavy-duty zips are specified at quote.
Yes. The front admin pocket carries a hook-and-loop panel, so you can supply an embroidered or rubber PVC patch with your logo, which we also produce. Direct embroidery or screen print on the pack body is another option.
Yes. Smaller orders go by DHL, UPS or FedEx air; distributor orders go by sea freight. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% when ready to ship, and any defect reported within 14 days with photos is remade or credited.
