About the Custom Sublimated Kart Racing Suit

Karting suits take a beating: kerbs, spins and the occasional off mean the outer fabric has to resist abrasion while staying light and breathable on a hot day. This suit is built like the suits used in national and international karting — an abrasion-resistant outer shell, a breathable mesh lining, stretch panels across the shoulders, lower back and knees so the driver can move in the seat, a waist belt, epaulettes and soft knit cuffs and ankles.

Every panel is dye-sublimated, so your team livery, sponsor logos, driver name and national flag are printed into the fabric and never peel. It is shown in four concept liveries — red/black, navy/royal blue, black/red and racing green/gold — branded Blackthorn as a sample; your suits carry your own brand. Karting teams, clubs and race schools in the UK, Italy, Germany, the Nordics, the USA and Australia order it as a team suit, and race-wear brands order it as a private-label line. Suits can be developed to the CIK-FIA Level 2 karting standard with homologation testing arranged on request — no homologation is claimed for the standard suit.
