Colours Red, black and white as shown, or any colours in your design
Redline Rally is built for riders who crash, tip over in ruts or ride tight woods sections where branches hit the back of the hand. A red mesh back carries moulded red TPR guards over each knuckle and finger segment, outlined in black, with a white swoosh across the hand and a black hook-and-loop cuff.
On the inside, the palm is 0.8–1.0 mm synthetic suede with padding in the heel of the hand, red contrast stitching and silicone grip printed on the fingertips. The back panel is polyester and spandex mesh, so the hand still breathes on long motos. The cuff closes with a wide hook-and-loop strap carrying a raised logo.
A typical buyer is an enduro or off-road distributor in Australia who needs a protective glove at a fair trade price for dealer shelves. Because sizes mix inside the 100-pair minimum, the first order can cover adult XS–3XL plus youth sizes for junior riders without overstocking any one size. Dealers can also reorder top sizes quickly once sell-through is clear.
The TPR guards can be moulded with your logo, and the mesh back can be sublimated or screen printed in your colours. Red can easily become black, white or blue. We send a free 3D mock-up, then make a paid sample in 15–20 working days; its cost is credited against the first bulk order.
Tentative FOB pricing per pair: $10.50–$12.00 for 100–499 pairs, $8.50–$10.50 for 500–999, and $7.00–$8.50 for 1,000+, confirmed at quote. Once you sign off the sample, bulk is ready in 2–3 weeks. Payment is 50% deposit and 50% when ready to ship, and all pairs are checked under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. Each pair is checked for guard bonding and seam strength before packing.
We ship Redline Rally to Australia, New Zealand, the UK and the USA by DHL, UPS or FedEx air, and by sea freight for distributor orders. Blackthorn World manufactures Redline Rally and similar TPR-guarded motocross gloves in our own factory for private label brands and distributors. The minimum is 100 pairs per style, and your logo can be moulded, printed or sublimated.
No certification is claimed. The moulded TPR guards add impact padding over the knuckles and fingers, but the glove is not sold as certified protective equipment. If your market requires testing, we can discuss it during sampling.
Bulk production usually takes 2–3 weeks after you approve the paid sample, which itself takes 15–20 working days. Large or technical orders, such as custom-moulded TPR with your logo, have their timing confirmed at quote.
Indicative FOB prices are $10.50–$12.00 per pair for 100–499 pairs, $8.50–$10.50 for 500–999, and $7.00–$8.50 for 1,000+. These are tentative ranges confirmed once artwork, cuff and logo details are fixed.
