We use 110 GSM reversible polyester mesh, a light two-layer mesh that lets each side be printed separately. It is lighter than our 160 GSM game-jersey mesh, which keeps the pinnie cool for practice and camps while still holding up to stick contact.
Yes. Both faces are fully dye-sublimated, so you can print numbers, names and crests on the dark side and the light side. Many teams use matching numbers on both sides so players keep the same number whichever color they wear.
The minimum order is 10 pieces per design. You can mix youth and adult sizes, player names and numbers within those 10 pieces, so a single team can order without buying extra stock. Larger orders and multi-team league orders are quoted per order.
A pre-production sample takes about 2 weeks after you approve the design proof. Bulk production then takes 3–4 weeks after you approve the sample. Shipping time depends on your country and whether you choose air or sea freight.
Yes. We ship samples by DHL, UPS or FedEx and bulk orders by air or sea freight to the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Europe and Japan. Each shipment comes with a commercial invoice and packing list for customs clearance.
