The low end of each range is the 500+ piece tier and the high end is the MOQ tier. A youth club ordering 15 kits sits near the top of the range; a league ordering 600 shirts across several teams sits near the bottom.
What affects the price of a custom soccer kit
- Quantity per design. Pattern grading, print files and cutting markers are spread across the order, so cost per piece falls as volume rises. Several teams in one club can share a base design in different colours to reach a better tier.
- Fabric. Lightweight polyester interlock, mesh panels, recycled polyester and heavier replica fabrics price differently. Ask for fabric options when you request a quote.
- Decoration. Full sublimation prints the whole design, crest, sponsors and numbers into the fabric at no extra cost per colour. Embroidered crests, silicone/TPR badges and heat-transfer numbers add a small cost. See sublimation vs screen printing vs embroidery.

- Kit contents. Goalkeeper kits (goalkeeper kit), warm-up tops, tracksuits and bags change the overall budget.
- Personalisation. Names and numbers are included in sublimated designs; embroidered or applied names cost more.
FOB price vs landed cost
FOB is the price of the goods ready for export at the factory port. On top of that you pay freight, customs duty and import VAT or sales tax. Air freight is fastest for small club orders; sea freight lowers the cost per kit on larger ones. Blackthorn World is an EU REX registered exporter, so qualifying shipments may get reduced duty under EU GSP+ or the UK DCTS. Confirm the final duty with your customs broker.

Design and mockup take a few days — you can sketch your kit in our kit builder. A sample takes about 2 weeks, and bulk production 3–4 weeks after sample approval, plus shipping. For a new season, start 8–10 weeks before your first match.
