What moves a quote up or down
- Quantity per design. Set-up is done once per design, so the cost per piece falls as volume rises.
- Fabric. Weight, composition and whether it is imported or locally milled. Compression garments need 200–220 GSM; lighter fabric is see-through.
- Construction. Sublimation is cheaper and faster than cut and sew; cut and sew allows panels, linings and padding that sublimation cannot.
- Decoration. Full sublimation carries no extra cost per colour. Embroidery, silicone and TPR badges, tackle twill and heat-transfer numbers each add a little per piece.
- Branding. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags carry a 500-piece minimum, so they come with bulk orders rather than samples.
- Packaging. Polybag and carton is standard; retail-ready boxes, hang tags and barcodes add cost.
FOB price versus landed cost
FOB is the price of the goods ready for export. On top of it you pay freight, customs duty and import VAT or sales tax in your country. On air or sea cargo our responsibility ends at delivering the goods to the destination airport or seaport with export documents; clearance and delivery to your address are arranged by your own destination agent. We ship cargo every week and will usually steer you to cargo over courier to save freight. Check duty for your product code with your customs broker — our HS codes guide lists the indicative codes.
Getting a firm quotation
Send a tech pack, a sketch or a reference garment with quantities, sizes and delivery country. You get fabric options, a costing and a sample plan back, normally within one working day. See how to order for the full sequence from enquiry to shipment.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimums are per design, not per order: 30 pieces for sublimated garments, 50 pieces for cut-and-sew garments such as jackets and hoodies, and 100 pairs per colourway for gloves. Some sublimated lines go as low as 10 pieces per design. Sizes are mixed freely within a design at no extra cost.
How much does custom teamwear cost per piece?
Indicatively $5–9 FOB for a sublimated soccer jersey, $11–18 for a rugby jersey and $14–20 for an ice hockey jersey, depending on fabric, decoration and quantity. Full kits run $13–26 per kit.
Are these prices FOB or delivered?
FOB — the price of the goods ready for export at our factory in Sialkot. Freight, customs duty and import VAT or sales tax in your country are on top. We ship cargo weekly and can quote door-to-door.
Why is there a price range rather than one price?
The low end of each range is the 500+ piece tier and the high end is the minimum-order tier. Fabric weight, fit, collar style, decoration method and packaging all move the figure within that band.
Do you charge for samples?
Development samples are charged per style plus courier, and the charge is credited against your first bulk order. We are currently taking trial orders rather than single samples.
Which currencies do you quote in?
Quotations are issued in USD, GBP, EUR, AUD or CAD. The ranges on this page are USD.
What are the payment terms?
50% advance against the purchase order and the balance 50% against a copy bill of lading, before release of documents, by bank transfer.
