Colours Charcoal, neon lime and grey as shown — or any colours in your design
Neon lime and charcoal is one of the most requested combinations in pickleball, partly because it echoes the bright ball. On this tee a wide lime stripe runs down one side of the front, edged with grey bars, while thin lime lightning lines cross the charcoal body and sleeves. The shorts are charcoal with a lime and grey panel on one leg. The crew neck has a grey mesh inner panel, which helps it sit comfortably against the skin.
Buying factory-direct means no middle margin: we make the set in our own factory with in-house sublimation, cutting and stitching under ISO 9001:2015 quality control. Indicative FOB per set is $17.00–$19.50 for 50–99, $14.50–$17.00 for 100–499 and $13.00–$14.50 for 500+.
The top is a 100% polyester micro-mesh at approximately 140 GSM, chosen for airflow in hot indoor halls and outdoor courts. The shorts are 4-way stretch polyester/spandex of around 150 GSM, with ball pockets on request. Women can take a skort; juniors get youth cuts. Flatlock seams on both pieces reduce rubbing, and the elastic waistband has an internal drawcord so shorts stay put through quick directional changes.
A pickleball academy in Florida could use this as a squad set: coaches in one colourway, players in another, all with names on the back and the academy logo on the chest. Neon orange, pink or cyan can replace the lime. Charcoal also hides court dust and marks better than light colours, which keeps academy kit looking clean through a busy week of lessons.
We send a free 3D mock-up first. The paid sample takes 15–20 working days and is credited against the first bulk order. Bulk sets ship 2–3 weeks after sample approval, with timing for larger orders confirmed at quote. Every name list is checked against the mock-up.

Fluorescent colours are more light-sensitive than standard dyes. Wash the Electric Pulse set cold and inside out and dry it in shade to keep the lime bright. The sublimated print will not crack or peel.
Yes, as two designs. Each colourway has a 50-set MOQ. Many academies order the player set in charcoal and lime and a coach set with the colours reversed, keeping the same layout. Names can be printed on both.
Yes. Men's, women's and youth cuts from XS to 4XL can be mixed freely in the 50-set minimum. Women can also choose skorts instead of shorts. Send a size list and we confirm the split on the mock-up.
