About the Glacier Shard Pearl Weave BJJ Gi
The body is clean white, and royal-blue and sky-blue shard graphics are kept to the trim panels, lapel edge and pant hems. That keeps the main gi colour plainly white for divisions that check it, while the blue gives the team a sharp, cold-toned signature on the podium. The two blues are tuned to stay crisp after repeated washing at warm temperatures.
Tournament gis take more punishment than training gis. Opponents grip hard, the gi is weighed and checked, and athletes compete several times in one day. The Glacier Shard jacket uses a tight 450 GSM pearl weave that is hard to grip yet light enough to manage cutting weight, and the pre-shrinking means the sleeve length you approve is the length you get.
For IBJJF-style competition gi checks, ask us to keep decoration inside the permitted patch areas and confirm sleeve and lapel measurements at the PPS stage. Teams can match the gi with a Glacier Shard long-sleeve rash guard, fight shorts and spats for no-gi divisions.

How ordering works
Order 30 as a trial. Pay a 50% deposit, approve the PPS photos or video, and bulk is ready about 2–3 weeks later. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch by courier, air or sea.
Every Glacier Shard gi is produced at our Sialkot facility, which runs 200+ stitching machines and holds ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS, with in-house embroidery, printing and sublimation.
Make it yours
Team names, athlete names and sponsor patches can be embroidered or applied as heat transfer within the patch zones you specify. Blues can be shifted to your team colours. Private neck labels, care labels and swing tags need 500 pcs and are produced only with bulk runs, never in a trial order.

Is the Glacier Shard gi suitable for IBJJF-style competitions?
It is built as an IBJJF-style competition gi. We can keep logos inside standard patch areas and confirm measurements at PPS. Final acceptance is always decided by event officials.
Will the gi shrink after washing?
The cotton is pre-shrunk, so shrinkage is kept small. Cold washing and line drying help further.
Can we put sponsor patches on the gi?
Yes. Send us the logos and positions and we embroider or heat-press them.
