Start with 30 pieces to test sizes and colour, then move to bulk with your own labels and tags. Choose 320 GSM poly-fleece for sublimated detail or 80/20 cotton-poly brushed fleece for a softer, classic hand with embroidered branding. Recycled polyester fleece can be quoted on request.

How ordering works

Your first run is a 30-piece trial with standard labels. Pay 50% to begin, approve the PPS by photo or video, and bulk is finished in about 2–3 weeks. Pay the balance when it is ready, then ship.

New labels get the same factory controls as established ones: Blackthorn World's Sialkot, Pakistan site runs 200+ machines with in-house sublimation, screen print and embroidery, holding ISO 9001:2015, WRAP, SEDEX/SMETA and SGS.

Make it yours

Your brand logo can be embroidered on the chest or printed on the hood, with a back-neck print in place of a label for trials. From 500 pcs, private neck labels, care labels and swing tags are produced with bulk orders; they are not available on trial orders. Custom polybags on request.
