What should a wholesale teamwear supplier offer team dealers and brands?

A dealer program is not a bigger club order. It needs stored patterns, repeatable colors, season pricing and a factory that answers for every batch. Here is how Blackthorn World sets one up.

In short

A wholesale teamwear supplier for team dealers should offer private label production from 30 pieces per design (sublimated) or 50 per style (cut-and-sew), stored patterns and color profiles so reorders match, season-based price tiers, and visible production status. Blackthorn World, a Sialkot factory established in 1995, delivers a development sample in 15–20 working days and bulk in 2 to 3 weeks after approval, with indicative FOB soccer kits from about $13 and hoodies from $13 to $18.

What does a wholesale teamwear supplier do for a team dealer?

A wholesale teamwear supplier makes the kits that a team dealer, kit supplier, screen printer or sportswear brand sells under its own name. Blackthorn World is a private label teamwear manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan, established in 1995 and part of Gosha Group, a family textile business since 1965. We supply team dealers, kit suppliers, printers, distributors and brands in 150+ countries, with our main markets in the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Europe, the Nordics, Australia and New Zealand. A USA office in Ellicott City, Maryland handles North American accounts.

The difference between a dealer program and a one-off club order is simple. A club buys one kit once a year. A dealer buys the same styles again and again, for many clubs, and needs every batch to match the last one. That is what this guide covers: how a white label sportswear supplier should be set up to serve dealers, what it costs, and how to plan a season.

Who is the dealer program for?

If you are a club or school buying for one team, the club teamwear buying guide is the better place to start.

How stocked patterns keep reorders consistent

The first order with a new dealer is the slow one. We build the patterns on Gerber AccuMark, print and stitch a pre-production sample, and lock the fit, the seam placement and the colors. After that, the pattern set, the artwork files and the color profiles are stored under your account.

When a club reorders in January, or a new club wants the same template in different colors, nothing is rebuilt. The stored pattern cuts the same, the stored color profile prints the same on the same polyester, and the woven neck label and polybag match the last batch. This is the part of a dealer program that matters most and the part that is hardest to get from a supplier who treats every order as new.

Everything happens under one roof: design, sampling, dye-sublimation on 8 wide-format printers from Mimaki and Roland, embroidery, screen and heat-transfer printing, cutting, stitching, QC and packing. Nothing is subcontracted, so a reorder is not at the mercy of a different print shop. You can see the floor on our factory tour page.

What is included in every dealer order?

Every order from Blackthorn World includes the logo (embroidered, printed or TPR), a custom woven neck label and printed polybags. Private label, OEM and ODM are standard: your branding, your hangtags, your size labels. Dealers can also have their own online kit builder templates mirrored in our artwork library, so the design a club approves on your site is the file we print.

Wholesale teamwear pricing tiers for dealers

Dealers ask for two things on price: a number they can build a margin on, and a tier structure that rewards volume across a season. Our indicative FOB prices are per piece, exclude freight, duty and VAT, and depend on fabric, quantity and decoration. The low end of each range applies at 500+ pieces; the high end applies near the minimum.

Because the tier is based on your total per style across the season, not on one club's order, a dealer running ten clubs on the same jersey template reaches the lower band faster than any single club could. For a deeper breakdown see custom soccer kit prices.

Two duty notes for European and British dealers: Blackthorn World is an EU REX registered exporter, so reduced duty under EU GSP+ and the UK DCTS may apply. Confirm the rate with your customs broker before quoting your own customers.

How should a dealer plan the season?

Sublimated teamwear is made to order, so a dealer program runs on a calendar rather than a warehouse. A simple plan that works for most of our team dealer accounts in the USA and UK:

  1. Templates first. Pick 3 to 6 jersey templates per sport and sample them once. Clubs then choose colors and crests on a template, which keeps every order inside a stored pattern.
  2. Collect club orders in waves. Group club orders into two or three production waves per season. Each wave ships together, which lowers freight per piece.
  3. Count back from kickoff. 15–20 working days for a new sample, 2 to 3 weeks for bulk, then transit. For a September start, artwork should be locked by early June for a new template, or late June for a reorder on a stored one.
  4. Stock the staples. Training tees, polos and hoodies in your house colors can be held in your own stock at the 500+ tier, with club crests added by your embroidery or heat-transfer team.

Browse the teamwear range and the soccer kits to see which templates fit your market. Regional pages for the USA and the UK cover shipping and duty in more detail.

One more reason dealers choose a factory over another reseller: many "wholesale" teamwear offers come from trading companies that order from a factory they do not own. That means a margin stacked on top of your margin, and nobody who can answer for a defect. Blackthorn World owns the 22,000+ sq ft factory, the 200+ stitching machines and the printers, and produces 150,000+ garments a month. One tech pack, one factory, production status you can see at every stage, and ISO 9001:2015 certification.

How to set up a dealer account with Blackthorn World

Send a short note with your market, the sports you sell, your expected season volume and any existing artwork. We reply with a dealer price sheet, template options and a sampling plan. Then we sample your first templates, you approve, and bulk follows in 2 to 3 weeks.

Wholesale teamwear supply works best when the dealer and the factory plan the season together. Share your calendar early and we will build the production waves around it.

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order for a team dealer?

30 pieces per design for sublimated teamwear and 50 pieces per style for cut-and-sew items such as hoodies and jackets, with sizes mixed. Dealer price tiers are based on your season total per style, not on one club's order.

Can I sell Blackthorn World teamwear under my own brand?

Yes. Every order is private label: your logo, a custom woven neck label, printed polybags, and your own hangtags and size labels if you want them. Blackthorn World does not appear on the garment.

How do you keep reorders identical to the first batch?

Patterns are built on Gerber AccuMark and stored under your account together with the artwork and color profiles. Reorders are cut and printed from the same files on the same fabric, in the same factory, with nothing subcontracted.

How long does a dealer order take?

A new development sample takes 15–20 working days. Bulk production takes 2 to 3 weeks after sample approval, plus shipping by DHL, UPS, FedEx or sea/air freight. Reorders on stored patterns skip the sampling step.

What do wholesale teamwear prices look like?

Indicative FOB prices are from about $13 for a sublimated soccer kit, from about $20 for a rugby kit, $14 to $20 for an ice hockey jersey and $7 to $10 for a training tee or polo. Final quotes depend on fabric, quantity and decoration and exclude freight, duty and VAT.
